As an artist, one piece is often not enough to completely explore an idea. Once I finish a piece, my head is usually full of ‘what if I had…’, ‘I could also have..’, ‘it would be interesting to try…’ Like my work exploring the intersection of roads, my exploration around the translucent nature of papers continued over several Art pieces. In fact I circle back to this concept still today. In this piece I am looking at creating that floating feeling but also adding a greater sense of depth.
