Over the past year, we’ve been working to improve how we connect with our members, enhance the value of your membership, and simplify the renewal process. These updates are designed to make your experience more engaging, seamless, and rewarding.

What’s Changing

Beginning April 31, we will be introducing a new membership system that will allow us to:

• Offer a more personalized and engaging member experience through structured email communications

• Provide easier access to your benefits throughout the year

• Improve renewal reminders and communication so you never miss out on your membership privileges

• Create opportunities for future members-only online content and resources

For new members, this system will begin immediately. For current members like yourself, we will be transitioning you into the new system at your next renewal period.

What This Means for You

You will continue to receive all the benefits you currently enjoy, including:

• Promotion on our website and social media

• Early access to exhibitions and special events

• Invitations to exclusive opportunities

• Free admission to over 80 participating OAAG institutions

• Voting privileges (where applicable)

• Recognition and tax receipts for supporters

As we move forward, you can also expect a more streamlined and consistent communication experience, ensuring you receive the full value of your membership year after year.

Closer to your renewal date, we will provide simple instructions to guide you through re-enrolling in the new system. Our goal is to make this transition as smooth and straightforward as possible.
