Lauren Radigan is currently studying online at Mohawk College for a career in the library/information sector. She intends to continue her art on the side, which includes painting or drawing for pleasure as well as the sale of prints and commissioned portraits.

My name is Maxwell Dickomeit, and I am a practicing Graphic Designer in Peterborough Ontario. I completed High School at LCVI in Lindsay Ontario, where I truly learned how to create art and push my boundaries.

Harmony is a visual artist currently attending Ontario College of Art and Design University, where she is working at completing a bachelor's degree in Sculpture and Installation.

Art has always been my passion, and I’ve been drawing for as long as I can remember. I was able to reach a high level of accuracy and detail with my drawings without being taught anything.

I am currently studying Graphic Design at OCAD University and am captivated by the use of creative visuals in the marketing world. My ongoing exploration through the interaction between function and form has led me to the intersection of art and business.

Christina Dedes is a freelance graphic designer and artist based in Ontario, Canada. She studied for three years at Fleming College’s Haliburton School of Art + Design, where she received a Visual & Creative Arts Diploma.

“Through the making of thrown functional work I explore the surface of the vessel with layers that reflect fading or hidden words and memories. The work I make is rooted in functional forms, made for people to use.

Michaela is a visual artist and student in the Bachelor of Fine Art’s program at Queen’s University. Light, colour and composition hold importance while she develops new ideas digitally.

My experience in the art world roots back to when I took painting classes as a kid. From there my passion for art grew and I decided to take art and media classes all through high school.

As an artist I have always had a particular love of photography and snapshots of one moment in time. As such I have been drawn towards the realism movement and trying to recreate moments or photographic images in my art.

Julia is a 4th year student at Carleton University majoring in English, with a minor in Psychology. Despite not pursuing art professionally, she continues to enjoy creating art as a pastime, and a well-needed break from her numerous readings which seem to pile up during the school year.

Although I do not create as avidly as I did in high school, art is never far from my mind and I continue to maintain my sanity with artistic expression. I think that in the past four years my style has changed a fair bit, as I infrequently use paint these days, preferring the convenience of simple sketches.

I am a certified Dental Assistant and currently in my final semester of the Dental Hygiene program at Durham College. As much as I love teeth and promoting oral health, I’ve always loved drawing, colouring. I remember a lot of my peers would ask me to write their titles on our poster projects all throughout elementary school.

Tommy is a multimedia artist working towards completing a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Film Studies at Ryerson University. Varied in his approaches and mediums, he is very interested in cowboys and western imagery, as well as vintage queer photography and art.
